摘要:

为了准确地分析功率变流器的无源元件相互之间的近场电磁耦合对变流器的电磁干扰的影响,以典型的Boost PFC变流器为实例,对包括磁场耦合和电场耦合的近场耦合效应进行研究和建模.基于阻抗频率特性测量,建立Boost电感和电容的等效电路模型.在此基础上,采用场仿真的方法,通过Ansoft HFSS软件仿真获得的Z参数与Y参数,提取出各互感参数和寄生电容参数来反映磁场耦合和电场耦合,分别建立相应的磁场耦合与电场耦合模型,进而得到完整的近场耦合模型.通过对比仿真与实验测量的电压增益,验证了该模型的正确性和实用性.研究结果表明,磁场耦合比电场耦合对差模传导噪声的影响大.

Abstract:

Near field couplings between passive components in a typical Boost PFC converter were analyzed and modeled to evaluate its significant effects on EMI noise.The equivalent circuit models of Boost inductor and capacitor were developed according to the measured impedance characteristic curves. Ansoft HFSS software was adopted as the tool for field simulation.The mutual inductances were extracted to estimate inductive couplings using Z parameters while parasitic capacitances were calculated by Y parameters to represent capacitive couplings .The magnetic coupling model and the electric coupling model were obtained respectively.The complete model of near field couplings was established then and verified by comparison of simulated and measured voltage gains. The analytical results also indicate that magnetic couplings have more significant effects on conducted differential-mode noise than that of electric couplings.
