机械镜射对称的概念、效能及应用

摘要:

研究机械镜射对称的概念、效能及应用.在分析大量机械对称实例的基础上,提出包括功能、原理和结构对称,静、动态对称和单、多对称的机械镜射对称的概念集合.讨论机械功能、原理和结构对称之间的关系,揭示机械镜射对称具有扩展产品功能的作用范围、增大功能的作用强度、提升功能的作用质量、提高功能的作用效率、消减设计解的有害副作用等效能.揭示机械结构镜射对称具有实现功能和原理对称、实现通用的结构设计原理和准则以及提高产品性价比等效能.提出在机械设计中合理应用镜射对称的若干建议.

Abstract:

The concepts, efficiency and applications of mechanical mirror symmetry were analyzed. The concept system of mechanical mirror symmetry classified by function, principle and structure symmetry, static, dynamic symmetry, and single, multi symmetry was presented based on the analysis of many instances concerning mechanical symmetry. The relationships between function, principle and structure symmetry were discussed. Then the efficiency of mechanical mirror symmetry was revealed, which includes extending the effective range, intension, quality and efficiency of product functions, and reducing the harmful accessional effect of product functions. Meanwhile, the functions of mechanical structure mirror symmetry were revealed, which include achieving function and principle symmetry, achieving common principles and rules of structure design, and improving products cost performance. Some advices for the proper applications of mirror symmetry in mechanical design were presented.
