摘要:

为了定量化评估混凝土开裂问题,基于数字图像技术,提出一种混凝土裂缝的图形化提取方法.给出定量计算混凝土裂缝的面积、分形维数、长度、宽度等特征参数的算法,采用Matlab编写计算混凝土裂缝特征参数的应用程序.通过混凝土平板实验裂缝的计算分析表明,采用此新方法可以有效避免由于阈值的选取造成的误判和图像除噪过程,混凝土裂缝的图形化提取方法具有准确、方便、快捷的优点,特征参数的算法具有良好的计算精度.对混凝土裂缝分形维数的分析表明,混凝土的早期裂缝具有明显的分形特征.采用分形理论描述混凝土早期裂缝的不规则性是有效的,为混凝土裂缝的定量研究提供了有利的工具.

Abstract:

To quantitatively evaluate the cracking behaviors of concrete, based on digital image technology, a new graphic method was put forward to extract concrete cracks. An algorithm was proposed and programmed with Matlab to calculate the characteristic parameters of concrete cracks, such as area, fractal dimension,length and width. The flat slab concrete cracking test showed that the new method could eliminate the misjudgment induced during threshold value selection and denoising. The graphic method for extracting concrete cracks has the advantages of high precision, convenience and quickness. The algorithm also performs very good accuracy. The analysis on fractal dimension proves that the early-age cracks of concrete have very clear fractal characters. This research provides not only an effective method to describe the irregular nature of early-age concrete cracks with fractal theory, but also a powerful tool to quantitatively analyze the properties of concrete cracks.
