摘要:

为了确保一种用于水下航行器推进的异向旋转双转子永磁电机具有好的同心度,在定子上加入定子紧固件.针对引入定子紧固件而导致异向旋转的双转子永磁电机的机械和电磁方面的影响进行了分析.机械方面:从定子紧固件材料的选取﹑与端盖配合以及定子受力3方面考虑.电磁方面:从理论上推导定子铁心轭部磁场的分布情况,通过有限元方法分析定子紧固件对气隙磁场﹑铁心磁场分布的影响.结果表明,定子紧固件的大小﹑数量﹑形状﹑安放位置及材料等对该种电机的定子强度﹑同心度以及磁场分布都有重要的影响.

Abstract:

In order to obtain good concentricity of a anti-rotation dual rotors permanent-magnet machine (ADRPM) which used for underwater propulsion, stator fasteners were added in the stator. Influence analysis of the stator fasteners were completed both mechanical and electromagnetic aspects. Mechanical aspects: the stator fasteners material selection, end caps combining and the stator forces were considered; electromagnetic aspects: Theoretical derivation of the stator core yoke magnetic field distribution was presented, finite element method was used to analysis air gap magnetic field and core magnetic field distribution. The results show that the stator strength, concentricity and the magnetic field have a very significant impact by the size of the stator fastener, quantity, geometric shapes, location and materials.
