摘要:

为了确定桥梁交通振动试验中行走车辆的物理参数,提出基于遗传算法的参数识别方法.利用小波变换方法由车辆自由衰减振动响应获得车辆的模态参数,进一步应用遗传算法及复数特征值计算由模态参数反算车辆的转动惯量、刚度以及阻尼等物理参数.通过3组模拟数据的计算分析,验证了遗传算法用于车辆参数识别的有效性.以实际车辆的振动试验结果为例,检验了遗传算法在车辆参数识别中的可行性.算例及应用实例表明:应用遗传算法能精确识别出车辆的物理参数.

Abstract:

An analytical method based on electromagnetic energy and Fourier series expansion was proposed, the mathematical model expression of cogging torque was deduced for PM poles skewing and normal motors, and the different effect of overallskewing and steppedskewing on cogging torque was discussed. Based on these expressions, a novel method was found for reducing cogging torque by suitable selection of polearc coefficient, the number of poles modules and their radial sizes. The validity of the proposed method was verified by 3D finite element analysis. This method was used on disctype permanent magnet motor for novel pumping unit. The experiment result shows that steppedskewing PM poles method is suitable for cogging torque reduction.
