基于载波的多相永磁同步电机谐波平面控制

摘要:

为了解决多相电机控制系统中的高谐波问题,从脉宽调制(PWM)方法和矢量控制策略入手,寻找抑制谐波的有效办法.在PWM调制方面,研究了基于载波的多相PWM技术,采用一种可以对谐波电流进行控制的谐波平面矢量控制技术,以十五相永磁同步电机控制系统为例,将基于载波的多相PWM技术和谐波平面矢量控制技术相结合进行仿真实验,结果表明:提出的PMW调制方法谐波含量低,实现方法简便,谐波平面矢量控制策略将电流中的三次谐波含量从3.7%降至1.0%,总谐波畸变(THD)也从6.5%降至2.9%,可以看出,该方法能有效地控制电流的谐波含量.

Abstract:

To solve the problem of high content harmonic in the multiphase motor control systems, studied the pulse width modulation (PWM) method and the vector control strategy to find the effective measures to restrain the harmonics. In the aspect of PWM modulation, studied the multiphase carrier-based PWM method, used a harmonic plane vector control technology that could control the harmonic current. Taking the fifteen-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, simulated the multiphase carrier-based PWM method and the harmonic plane vector control technology. The simulation showed that this PWM method was principle feasible and the harmonic plane vector control technology could reduce the current 3rd harmonic from 3.7% to 1.0%, and the total harmonic distort (THD) decreased from 6.5% to 2.9%. Thus this method can effectively control the harmonic content.
