Abstract:With the rapid development of urbanization, the problem of land utilization in urban and rural areas becomes more and more conspicuous. Taking Hangzhou as the studied object, through the study of the spatial complexity of the price in the land urbanization process and the corresponding stress response of urban form, as well as dynamic expansion model of land price during the land urbanization, this paper analyses the influence of price spatial complexity on urban vertical form, and adopts Webmap spatial technology of dynamic expansion model of land price to discuss the response of price mechanism in the land urbanization process in Hangzhou. The result shows that as an important exogenous effect of land urbanization, land price exhibits correlativity with the transformation of land urbanization. The conclusion of this research is of theoretical and practical significance to promote the orderly transformation of agricultural land to non-agricultural land, standardize and guide the transformation of various land transformation form and usage conversion, reasonably adjust the internal structure of non-agricultural land and regulate the urban expansion and the increase of the number of towns, etc.
