Abstract In view of removing temporary supports from the large span steel structural roof, a new unloading method which was called constant-force jack unloading method was proposed. The constant jack with COMBIN37 element of ANSYS was simulated. Then a classic numerical analysis model was constructed, and was analyzed respectively by support displacement method, the equivalent rod end displacement method, jack element method, constraint equation method and constant-force jack unloading method. The analysis results show that compared with the traditional displacement-control method, the constant-force jack unloading method can effectively control the force change of the jack. The internal force and deflection of the structure were more efficiently controlled. The constant-force jack unloading method is especially applicable to the structure with large stiffness.

大跨度屋盖钢结构拆撑过程恒力千斤顶卸载法
针对大跨度屋盖钢结构的拆撑过程,提出新的卸载方法——恒力千斤顶卸载法,采用ANSYS中的COMBIN37单元来模拟恒力千斤顶单元.建立经典算例的数值分析模型,分别采用支座位移法、等效杆端位移法、千斤顶单元法、约束方程法以及恒力千斤顶法对卸载过程进行分析.分析结果表明,相对于传统的位移卸载模拟方法,采用恒力千斤顶卸载法能够有效地控制卸载过程中千斤顶轴力的变化,结构的内力和挠度变化更加均匀可控,特别适用于刚度较大的大跨度屋盖钢结构.
