产品模糊配置与结构变异的多尺度耦合方法

摘要:

为了实现需求驱动的产品快速响应设计,提出产品模糊配置与结构变异的多尺度耦合方法.将多尺度耦合概念引入产品设计中,研究产品多尺度模糊配置设计、多尺度变异设计以及异构系统的多尺度耦合方法.分析异构系统间信息传递过程中的多尺度特征,将配置设计系统中预定义的产品族按状态空间划分为大尺度、中尺度、小尺度和超小尺度.结构变异设计是将模糊配置的相似实例作为输入,通过拓扑结构的改变,输出满足客户需求的新结构.建立模糊配置与结构变异设计异构系统间的多尺度耦合过程的数学描述,通过多尺度递归融合与驱动,实现产品模糊配置与结构变异设计异构系统间的多尺度耦合.开发了模糊配置与结构变异集成先进设计平台,并在精密塑料注射成型装备的设计开发中得到了应用验证.

Abstract:

A multiscale coupling method between product fuzzy configuration and structural variant design was proposed to achieve the fast response of design of demanddriven products. The concept of multiscale coupling was introduced into the process of product design. Fuzzy multiscale configuration, multiscale variation, and multiscale coupling methods in heterogeneous system were studied. Multiscale features of transfer information were analyzed in the heterogeneous system. The predefined product families were divided into largescale, middlescale, smallscale and ultrasmall scale according to the state space. Similar examples were input from fuzzy configuration. The examples construct new structure as output through topological change in the structural variant design. The mathematical description of the multiscale coupling process was built in the heterogeneous system. The multiscale coupling design was achieved throughout multiscale recursive integration. An advanced design platform of the integrated product configuration and structural variant design was developed. The platform was verified in the design and development of precision plastic injection molding equipment.
