摘要:

针对膜电极有效面积为25 cm2的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)单体以0.8 A/cm2的电流密度恒流放电过程中,阴阳极反应气体加湿温度不同时电池性能的变化,通过监测电池温度及阴阳极流场入口压力,探讨在不同加湿条件下,阴极入口压力与电池性能之间的关系.实验结果表明,空气加湿温度显著地影响阴极入口压力的高低与稳定性,以及阴极压力与电池输出电压的相关性.同时,相较于阳极氢气,对阴极空气的加湿更有利于燃料电池的稳定运行.

Abstract:

A single PEM fuel cell with the active membrane electrode area of 25 cm2 was tested under the constant current mode of 0.8 A/cm2, in order to clarify different effects of humidification temperature for hydrogen and air on the performance of fuel cell.  The relation between inlet pressure of cathode and cell performance was discussed for different conditions of humidification, by monitoring the temperature of fuel cell and the inlet pressure of flow fields during the tests. Results show that the humidification temperature of air  significantly affects the magnitude and stability of inlet pressure in cathode, and the relativity of cathode pressure and output voltage of cell. In comparison with hydrogen in anode, humidify to air in cathode is more effective for the stable operation of fuel cell.
