摘要:

建立城市生活垃圾填埋场稳定化评价指标体系,包括垃圾降解、产气潜力释放以及堆体沉降稳定.基于填埋场降解-固结-溶质迁移耦合模型,提出取样测试与数值模拟结合的填埋场稳定化评估方法|将此方法应用于西安江村沟填埋场.结果表明,我国典型高厨余垃圾含量填埋场的稳定化过程分为3阶段.快速降解阶段:垃圾纤维素/木质素迅速下降,沉降明显|慢速降解阶段:垃圾水解及填埋气产生速率明显降低,沉降速率缓慢|达到稳定化阶段后,纤维素/木质素变化非常缓慢,大部分产气潜力完成释放,沉降基本完成.3个评价指标变化过程存在差异,降解稳定化指标是其中最主要的评价指标.根据分析结果建议运营管理中采用渗滤液回灌调节堆体降解环境以避免酸化抑制,稳定甲烷化阶段初期做好临时覆盖提高填埋气收集效率,封场作业应选择在沉降速率较低时进行.

Abstract:

A stabilization evaluation index system was proposed, including the degradation degree of municipal solid waste (MSW), the release of landfill gas production potential and the consolidation degree of landfill. Based on the biodegradation-consolidation-solute migration coupled model, an evaluation method of MSW landfill stabilization was proposed by combining field test with numerical simulation. The stabilization process of Jiangcungou landfill in Xi’an was investigated by using the proposed method. Results show that the stabilization process of high kitchen waste content landfills can be divided into three stages. The ratio of cellulose to lignin in MSW decreases rapidly during the fast degradation stage, when obvious settlement occurs. During the slow degradation stage, hydrolysis rate is slow and settlement develops slowly. When landfills reach stabilization stage, the ratio of cellulose to lignin of MSW changes very slowly; most of landfill gas potential has been released; the settlement stabilization is completed basically. The change processes of three evaluation indexes are different, of which the degradation stabilization index is the main one. According to above analysis results, leachate recirculation can be used to adjust the degradation environment in landfills, which is helpful to avoid acidification. Temporary cover can improve landfill gas collection efficiency at the beginning of stabilized methanogenic stage. The closure should be operated when the settlement rate is low.
