基于建筑信息建模的装配式轻型木结构设计建造方法

摘要:

采用建筑信息建模(BIM)技术,通过Revit软件建立模块化的部品三维模型,将材性、耐火、尺寸、安装等关键信息赋予模块化部品;分类编码后形成信息化的BIM族库,并且族库中的部品可对接有限元软件进行力学分析;基于模数化网格的构造方式和区带方法,建立部品相匹配的混合模数网格.该设计建造方法可提高部品预制与装配的精度,实现部品的信息化管理,快速地实现住宅功能化组合.案例分析验证了族库和模块化部品组合方法的可行性,设计建造方法在现代轻型木结构建造与管理的信息化和标准化方面具有重要应用潜力.

Abstract:

Three-dimensional models of modular components were established via Revit software based on the building information modeling (BIM) technology. Key information including material properties, refractoriness, geometric properties and installation was added into the modular component models. The modular components of light-wood frame structures were classified and encoded to refine the component information, and an informationalized BIM library of modular components was created. Components in the library can be imported in finite element software to analyze their mechanical behavior. Mixed modular grid matched components was proposed based on the modular-grid constructing method and zone method. The proposed design and building method can improve the precision of prefabrication and assembly, and realize the informationization management of compenents. Moreover, the combination of residential functions is rapidly realized. The feasibility of the combination method of modular components and BIM library was verified by a case study. The design and building method has a potential application in the informatization and standardization of construction and management of contemporary light-wood frame structures.
