摘要:

针对燃料电池混合动力系统功率平衡控制策略的设计问题,基于前期研究建立的系统状态空间数学模型,通过分析各种备选控制结构的特点和适用性,提出基于闭环状态观测的燃料电池混合动力系统功率平衡控制结构.采用卡尔曼滤波器设计闭环观测器的反馈增益矩阵,采用极点配置法结合系统控制边界条件合理设计闭环控制系统的控制参数.通过离线仿真和实车转鼓试验进行分析验证,结果表明:所提出的功率平衡控制策略可以将动力蓄电池荷电状态控制在45%~55%,能够考虑车辆的动力性和经济性设计要求,具有较好的实用价值.

Abstract:

Several feasible control structures were analyzed respectively based on the state space mathematical mode constructed previously. A new power control method based on state-observer was proposed to design the power balance control strategy of fuel cell hybrid vehicle (FCHV). The state-observer was designed through Kalman filter (KF) method. The control parameters of  close-loop controller were designed through poles placement  with concerning the control boundary conditions of  power train. Results of simulation and field test were illustrated. Results show that the battery state of charge works in 45%—55% and the power control method designed can consider the performance and economy characters of  vehicle and give feasible control results.
