摘要:

为了解决直接转矩控制(DTC)磁链和转矩脉动大、开关频率不固定等问题,研究永磁同步电机(PMSM)无差拍直接转矩控制(DB-DTC)策略,该策略不仅继承了DTC良好的动态性能,而且可有效改善系统静态性能.由于定子磁链观测精度对PMSM DB-DTC系统整体控制效果影响极大,采用一种基于滑模理论的磁链观测器,该观测器结合定子磁链的电压和电流模型,以电流作为控制量、电流误差作为反馈量对观测的磁链进行校正,提高观测准确度;同时将定子磁链观测器、电阻在线辨识、电机位置与速度估算组合成集成观测器,实现系统的无速度传感器运行.实验研究表明:PMSM DB-DTC方法的动、静态性能优越,集成观测器可精确观测磁链、辨识定子电阻、估算转子位置和速度,对电机参数变化具有较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:

To resolve the high flux and torque ripples and unfixed switching frequency problems of direct torque control (DTC), a dead-beat direct torque control (DB-DTC) was studied for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which not only inherits good dynamic performance from conventional DTC, but also improves the steady state performance. Since stator flux linkage has remarkable impact on the performance of PMSM DB-DTC system, a novel sliding-mode stator flux observer combining the current and voltage flux models together was adopted. The observed stator flux can be corrected by taking the current as the controlled variable and the current error as the feedback variable. Meanwhile, stator flux observer, online resistor identification, position and speed estimation were integrated into one observer in the PMSM DB-DTC system and sensorless control was realized. The experimental results confirmed that the PMSM DB-DTC has good dynamic and steady state performance. In addition, the integrated observer possesses favorable observation performance and is robust to the motor parameters variation.
