摘要:

为了提高直联便携式空压机排气量、效率及运转可靠性,采用结构拓扑优化的变密度法,对直联便携式空压机排气阀片进行优化.根据排气阀片的拓扑优化结果,确定了排气阀片的结构参数,分析了排气阀片受力情况.在此基础上,对排气阀片进行了ANSYS仿真,得到了排气阀片固有频率.通过排气阀片的模态仿真表明,优化后的排气阀片固有频率远离其开启频率,不会产生共振.同时对优化后阀片的应力分布和位移分布进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,优化后的阀片应力和整体变形趋势符合实际情况.建立了排气阀片的运动方程,并对阀片的运动规律进行了仿真分析,证明阀片的开启正常.

Abstract:

The mathematical model of direct-drive compressor valve in topology was conducted using variable density method in order to improve discharge volume, efficiency and reliability of direct-drive compressor. The exhaust valve was optimized in topology. The structure parameter was ascertained based on topology results. The force of exhaust valve was analyzed. The vibration mode of direct-drive compressor valve was analyzed in ANSYS. Results show that the ON-OFF frequency is much less than inherence frequency and the valve can not resonate by mode simulation. The stress and the displacement distribution of direct-drive compressor valve were deduced. Stress and distortion trend accorded with the practice by stress and distortion simulation. The mathematical model of the process of valve was presented. The motion rule of valve was simulated. ON-OFF of valve is in gear, which show the rationality and efficiency of the method.
