Design of bearing end face detection and sorting device based on color recognition |

Abstract As a basic component, bearing has a wide variety and is in great demand in industrial production. For the convenience of users, bearings with different materials at both ends must be sorted before packaging, so that the end faces with the same materials orientate the same direction. At present, most domestic bearing manufacturing enterprises still use manual sorting method, which is inefficient. In order to improve the sorting speed of bearing and reduce the cost of manufacturing enterprises, taking the 608-Z type bearing as an example, starting from the design goal of fast and convenient sorting the bearing, a bearing end face detection and sorting device was innovatively designed, which used the PLC (programmable logic controller) as the control core, the color code sensor as the main sensing element, and the cylinder and the electric rotary table as the main actuator. This device distinguished the orientation of the bearing end face through the color recognition, and controlled the turnover and arrangement of the bearing through the cylinder, which realized the detection and sorting of the bearing. The bearing end face detection and sorting device based on color recognition had the characteristics of fast recognition, simple and reliable mechanical structure and stable operation, which could realize the detection of the bearing end face and the sorting of the bearing. The test results show that the designed device can meet the actual bearing production needs, which can provide a reference for encouraging the transformation and upgrading of bearing manufacturing enterprises and promoting the gradual implementation of unmanned chemical factories.

基于颜色识别的轴承端面检测及整理装置设计
作为一种基础零部件,轴承的种类繁多且在工业生产中的需求量极大。为方便用户使用,两端面材质不同的轴承在包装前须进行整理,以使材质相同的端面朝同一方向。目前国内大多数轴承制造企业仍采用人工整理方式,效率低下。为了提高轴承整理速度并降低制造企业的成本,以608-Z型轴承为例,从快速、方便地整理轴承的设计目标出发,创新性地设计了一种以PLC(programmable logic controller,可编程逻辑控制器)为控制核心、以色标传感器为主要传感元件、以气缸和电动转盘为主要执行机构的轴承端面检测及整理装置。该装置通过颜色识别来分辨轴承端面的朝向,通过气缸来控制轴承的翻转和排列,从而实现对轴承的检测和整理。基于颜色识别的轴承端面检测及整理装置具有识别快速、机械结构简单可靠以及运行稳定等特点,可实现对轴承端面的检测和轴承的整理。测试结果表明,所设计的装置能够满足实际的轴承生产需求,可为促进轴承制造企业的转型升级和推动无人化工厂的逐步实施提供参考。
