Scale optimization design of the new specialized loading device for solid waste

Abstract  In view of the problem which exists with using solid waste transferring station and compression vehicle at the same time, the new scheme for the solid waste transferring devices was determined.The kinematical optimization design of sixbar liftdischarging device was computed with genetic algorithm. Objective function and restriction were established. The lift discharging track of waste tip lorry were optimized. the dynamical optimization design was realized on ADAMS.  The configuration parameters of relative components were confirmed. On the basis of the optimization design, the prototype model was made, the prospective requirements can be met through the experiment.

生活垃圾专用装载装置尺寸优化设计

针对现有垃圾中转站无法与压缩车配套使用的问题,提出了新型生活垃圾中转站装载装置方案.运用遗传算法对生活垃圾六杆举卸装置进行运动优化设计,建立了目标函数和约束条件,实现了垃圾翻斗举卸轨迹的优化,利用ADAMS进行了动力优化,确定了相关构件的结构参数.在优化设计的基础上制作了主体机构样机模型,试验表明该装置达到了预期设计要求.
