Innovative designing and realization of the full automatic metering rice vending machine

Abstract  Manual vending rice in unit canteens has some shortcomings, such as uneven weight, poor sanitary and heavy physical labor.To solve the problems,a fullautomatic metering rice vending machine was designed.Firstly, the total target of machine was decomposed to obtain the tree function diagram.Then,funnel shaped rice warehouse,equipment of rice scattering and spiral equipment of sending rice were designed by function realizing principle,and the functions of rice scattering and uniform rice discharging were realized.The control system of based weight vending rice was designed on the basis of integrating SCM and electronic scales,the functions of accurate measurement and charging by swiping card were achieved. The design of support functions bring about other functions,such as keeping warm and auto cleaning.Finally,all functions were tested by making the prototype and practical application. The results show that the full auto rice vending machine has the function of accurate measurement,easy operation and high automaticity, and the expected purpose has been achieved.

全自动米饭计量售饭机创新设计与实现

针对单位食堂人工售饭时存在分量不准确、卫生条件较差、劳动强度大的现状,研制了全自动米饭计量售饭机.首先,对机器总功能目标进行功能分解,形成树状功能图.进而,基于功能实现原理设计了漏斗型饭仓、网状打散机构和螺旋出饭机构,实现米饭打散和匀速出饭;综合单片机和电子秤设计了按质量售饭的控制系统,实现精确计量和刷卡消费;通过辅助功能设计实现保温和自动清洗.最后,制作样机并通过实际应用验证了上述各项功能的实现.结果表明,用该售饭机售饭计量准确、操作方便、售饭过程自动化,达到预期设计目标.
