Methodical management of crises in product development

Abstract  Crises of any kind often are an inevitable obstacle when developing new products, especially as they are difficult to overcome. All the more, a methodical approach is necessary to handle any crisis systematically. This article proposes a procedural model that provides guidance on how to act in case of a crisis during the design of a technical product．
