Analysis of abnormal noise test of twintube shock absorber

Abstract  The abnormal noise which occurres in the course of work process of shock absorber is the outer reflection of its interior quality, and is also one of important factors to affect vehicle acoustics comfort. By imitating the installation of shock absorber in the real car, the rig test of shock absorber was performed on the electro-hydraulic servo shock absorber road analogous system for better analysis of the abnormal noise, and then its creation mechanism was researched separately by making use of time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. When the direction of the shock absorber was switching, the acceleration peak value of normal workpiece piston rod was less than the abnormal noise workpiece's. There is a big difference between the normal shock absorber and abnormal noise shock absorber in the acceleration power spectrum RMS value of piston rod from 500 Hz to 1 000 Hz, and the difference was more obvious along with the increasing of the test frequency, moreover in this bandwidth the piston rod vibration energy of normal shock absorber is less than the abnormal noise shock absorber's. By carrying out abnormal noise test and analysis on the twin-tube shock absorber, it can provide references for the analysis and evaluation as well as study of shock absorber in the engineering applications.

双筒式减振器异响试验分析

减振器在工作过程中产生的异响是其内部质量的外在体现,是影响车辆声学舒适性的一个重要因素.为了更好地分析减振器异响问题,模仿实车中的减振器安装方式,在电液伺服减振器道路模拟系统上对其进行台架试验,分别采用时域分析和频域分析的方法来研究减振器异响的产生机理.在减振器行程换向时,正常件的活塞杆加速度峰值小于异响件的活塞杆加速度峰值.正常减振器和异响减振器活塞杆加速度功率谱均方根值在500~1 000 Hz带宽内存在较大差异,并且这种差异随着试验频率的增大而愈加明显,正常减振器在此带宽内的活塞杆振动能量小于异响减振器的活塞杆振动能量.通过对双筒式减振器进行异响试验分析,可为工程应用中减振器异响的分析及评价研究提供参考.
