Modeling and simulation research on a mine car speed-sensor-mechanism with its bond graph

Abstract  Based on the bond graph theory, a bond graph model of speed-sensor-mechanism was  established. This paper had  established the mixture simulation model in the 20-sim simulation software. After dynamic simulation, the authors got the sliding curve of the core displacement and the rotation angular velocity of the wheel curve. The simulation result indicated that the sliding core of speed-sensor-mechanism could reach enough distance to trigger the embracing-track-type device at the critical speed. It is obvious that the design of speed-sensor-mechanism is reasonable.It can be a meaningful method to refer to for the dynamic design and analysis of mechanisms.

一种矿车超速感应机构的键合图建模与仿真研究

基于键合图理论,建立一种矿车超速感应机构的键合图模型.在20-sim仿真软件环境下,建立混合仿真模型,进行动力学仿真,得到超速感应机构的滑芯位移曲线图和转动角速度曲线图.仿真结果表明超速感应机构的滑芯能够在临界速度下甩出足够的长度以触发后续的制动装置,验证了超速感应机构设计合理.研究工作为机构的动态设计与分析提供了一种可借鉴的新方法.
