Abstract The processing quality at the bottom of the bottle directly affects the safe operation for CNG(compressed natural gas) onvehicle bottle. The strength of the bottle was weakened for installation error when the workpiece was machining and the processing principle error caused by the traditional open CNC machine tool feed ways. So the new tool control system of modular machine used imagebased feedback to identify and compensate the tool path error. And a model of imagebased feedback and detailed outline of the digital image technology were constructed. The algorithm and progress of toolpath error identification and compensation when processing the CNG bottle were presented. The results show that imagebased feedback of selfadaptive feed method is a quick and economical error compensation technique, avoiding the expensive hardware and complicated process of NC program in the other way. It can adjust the cutting parameters selfadaptively according to the cylinders contour, ensuring the strength of the CNG cylinder bottle. This method is also suitable for other contours NC processing.

基于图像反馈的CNG车载瓶底加工刀具路径误差补偿技术
CNG车载瓶底部加工质量直接影响CNG车载瓶的安全运行.针对传统开放式数控机床的进刀方式造成加工原理误差,工件加工时的安装误差导致瓶底强度削弱等技术问题,将基于图像反馈的刀具路径误差补偿技术应用于CNG车载瓶底部加工组合机床的控制系统,构建基于图像反馈的模型,阐述了CNG车载瓶底加工刀具路径误差识别与补偿设计的算法和流程.结果表明,基于图像信息反馈的进刀自适路径误差补偿加工法是一种比较快捷和经济的数控误差补偿技术,避免了其它误差补偿中昂贵的硬件和复杂的数控程序.该方法能根据每只气瓶外形轮廓自适应地调节切削参数,能够灵活、快速地适应每只工件有缺陷的外形轮廓加工,确保CNG车载瓶的强度.这种方法还适用于其它轮廓的数控加工.
