Abstract In view of the plow machine energy consumption and the load fluctuation problems, the probabilistic perturbation method and the Edgeworth series technique were employed to devise a practical and effective method for the reliability optimization design for plow head with non-normal distribution parameters on condition that the first four moments of basic random parameters had been known. It calculated plow head multi-objective reliability and then simulated operation reliability by genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ.The optimized result indicated: load fluctuation and specific energy consumption of plow head are obviously lower, enhancing mechanical working reliability and energy utilization efficiency of plow.

基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的不完全概率信息刨头多目标模糊可靠性优化
针对滑行刨煤机能耗和载荷波动问题,讨论了随机参数服从非正态分布滑行刨煤机刨头的多目标可靠性优化,在基本随机参数的前四阶矩已知的情况下,应用随机摄动法和Edgeworth级数方法,计算刨头多目标的可靠性,并采用遗传算法NSGA\-Ⅱ算子进行模拟可靠性运算.研究结果表明:该方法计算得到的刨煤机刨头的载荷波动和比能耗显著降低,提高了刨煤机的工作可靠性,优化了刨头的结构参数.
