Development on open-close mould mechanism of open pressing machine for abnormal glassware

Abstract  Open-close mould mechanism is the key part of glassware pressing machine. The present pressing machine adopts whole mould and two-part open mould and can only form glassware with simple shape and monotone pattern. Two new types of open-close mould, namely hinged type and lotiform type, are designed. Their principle and working process are presented in details and the collision checking and dynamics simulation for the mechanism are performed by virtual prototype. The physical prototype is under trial manufacture. The new types of open-close mould mechanism can form glassware with complex shape and greatly increase the range of products that can be manufactured.

异形玻璃器皿开模压机开关模机构的研制

开关模机构是玻璃器皿压机的关键部件,目前的压机采用了整体模和两开模的开关模形式,只能成型形状简单、样式单调的玻璃器皿.设计了两种新型的压机开关模机构——铰链式开关模机构和荷花开式开关模机构,详细介绍其原理及工作过程,并建立了虚拟样机对机构进行干涉检验和运动学仿真,现正进行物理样机试制.这两种开关模机构可成型形状复杂的玻璃器皿,大大扩大压机可制造产品的范围.
