空间直线度误差评定的LSABC算法研究

空间直线度误差是最复杂的形位误差之一,其评定算法一直处于探索之中.针对在坐标测量机CMM上测得的空间直线度误差测点集,为提高形位误差的评定精度,提出了基于测点集中心的最小二乘算法( LSABC算法),根据误差理论和最小二乘原理,开发了LSABC算法的数学模型.并利用UG/GRIP语言对该算法编制了计算机程序,进行了数字实验验证.数字实验结果表明,该算法比传统的最小二乘算法(LSM)和其他多种算法具有更高的正确度.
