Study on method and configuration for automatic supporting and leveling of big-scale photoelectric equipment's moved-groundwork

Abstract In the supporting and leveling structure of big tonnage optical instrument, manpower leveling is replaced by automatic one. Non-interference method f three-point-supporting and mechanical lags controlled by computer is selected for leveling. The method and principle of automatic supporting and leveling is presented. The 13 different instances possibly appearing are listed and then the method for confirming the beginning state and benchmark is put forward. The whole structure of mechanical lag and parameter calculation of its main parts are introduced. The result indicates that mechanical lag structure is not only compact but can support and level steadily, and the adopted three-point-supporting and leveling are brief and fast.
