Abstract  A PLC control system based on PROFIBUS-DP and MPI network has been developed to overcome the shortcomings of the control system in some acrylic fiberproducing lines, which includes closed communication, frequent malfunction, inconvenient maintenance and high cost. This system drives the electromotor throughtransducer controlled by PLC. Monitoring communication network adopts MPI and field bus employs PROFIBUD-DP. After field installation and adjustment, the whole system runs stably and with high reliability, and as well it has high opennessand is convenient to monitor.

基于PROFIBUS-DP和MPI的PLC腈纶生产控制系统

设计了基于PROFIBUS-DP和MPI网络的PLC控制系统,解决了某石油化工厂原腈纶纺丝生产线控制系统网络通信不开放、故障率高、维修不方便且费用高等问题。该系统由PLC控制变频器拖动电机运行。监控级采用MPI作为通信网络,现场级采用PROFIBUS-DP作为通信网络。经现场安装、调试,整个系统运行稳定,可靠性高,且开放性好,便于监控。
