Abstract In the economical circumstance of buying-market, product design must meets the needs of customer, product innovation must promotes customer satisfaction, so the system of product innovation based on customer satisfaction is very important in product design. On the ground of customer satisfaction investigation, the article has provides three dig methods which are the mini customer satisfaction, the fuzzy simulated based on genetic algorithm and the clustering methodof extension based on customer satisfaction, those methods focused on differentaspects respectively to dig the innovative points, then synthesize the dig methods of product innovation by using fuzzy calculation inference, after getting the innovative points of product, special knowledge and skills are needed which redesigns the product, one computational example of dig methods on product innovativepoints has been provided. Using the system of product innovation based on customer satisfaction is given, the innovative product design can meets the needs of customer.

基于顾客满意度及模糊计算推理的产品创新体系
在当前买方市场的经济条件下,产品设计必须满足顾客需求,产品的创新必须使顾客满意,因此,对基于顾客满意度的产品创新体系进行探讨是产品设计中的首要任务。在顾客满意度调查的基础上,提出最小顾客满意度法、基于模糊模拟的遗传算法以及利用Bayes估计顾客满意度指数的聚类方法这3种方法,从不同侧面挖掘产品创新点,再利用模糊计算推理对提出的3种产品创新点挖掘方法进行综合。在挖掘出产品创新点后,需要根据专业知识对产品进行进一步的改进设计,并给出一个产品创新点挖掘方法的计算实例。建立了基于顾客满意的产品创新体系,使产品的创新设计能面向顾客的需求。
