Contradiction discovery and solving method based on TRIZ evolution theory and TOC prerequisite tree

Abstract  A method to determine design contradiction based on TRIZ evolution theory and TOC prerequisite tree is proposed. Product evolution object is identified according to TRIZ evolution pattern and TOC prerequisite tree is employed to determine design obstacles. A contradiction determining flow and template based on obstacle analysis is established to determine design contradiction. Then by using TRIZ separating principle and contradiction matrix, design contradiction issolved. The above process is demonstrated by an engineering example.

基于TRIZ进化理论和TOC必备树的冲突发现与解决方法

提出一种基于TRIZ进化理论和TOC必备树确定设计冲突的方法。根据TRIZ进化模式确定产品的进化目标,TOC中的必备树(PRT)用于确定设计障碍,建立了基于障碍分析的冲突确定流程和模板以确定设计冲突,然后运用TRIZ的分离原理和冲突矩阵予以解决。通过一个工程实例验证了上述过程。
