Abstract  Magnetorheological Fluid (MRF) was brought into MRF softstarting device as work medium of torque transmission. Work principle and basic structure of MRF softstarting device were introduced. By employing BingHam model and curve fitting, method for setting up nonlinear relationship between inp
ut current I and output torque T of MRF softstarting transmission device was given, which provided key theoretical foundation for reliable design and efficient control of MRF softstarting device.

磁流变软启动传动装置的I—T关系研究

磁流变软启动传动装置引入磁流变液作为传递转矩的工作介质。介绍了磁流变软启动传动装置的工作原理及基本结构,以Bingham模型和曲线拟合为手段,给出了建立磁流变软启动传动装置输入电流I和输出转矩T的非线性关系的方法,为该装置的可靠设计和有效控制提供了科学理论依据。
