Abstract Product tolerance affects the quality and cost of a product cycle time.A new double objective O-1 integer programming design model of discrete tolerance is put forward,in which the two aspects of the total cost are treated as separate objective.The model does not require the determination of coefficient K and considers the designer’s preference. A robust design method based on simulated experiments approach and compromise programming approach is used to gain compromise between product quality and manufacturing cost. An exam ple is given to illustrate the method at the end.

基于模拟试验法的离散公差稳健设计
在分析计算机辅助公差设计技术的研究现状的基础上,提出了基于模拟试验法的离散公差稳健设计方法.在该方法中将加工成本与质量损失作为两个独立的目标函数,从而建立离散公差优化设计模型,采用试验设计法和CP方法相结合的技术实现公差的稳健设计,最后用实例证明该方法的可行性.
