Abstract Project management(PM )is one of strategic factors which can prove the ability to develop production．The mode of production development project management is analyzed in termsof organization，WBS and CIPMS．Different departments，even enterprises can be integrated forproduction development through Internet．The closely relative tasks are integrated into one roodule for reducing scheduling difficulty．Finally project management integrated system (PMIS)based on J2EE is put forward．
