Abstract Through the analysis of the process of using a product,it’s presented that the customer requirement can be represented as the function of customer,environment and operation,which plays an important role in the product modeling in the requirement analysis phase,and the key to acquire the customer requirment is to extend the requirement space through the three dimensions.The customer classification strategy is supported as demand from the new mass customization manufacturing system.
