Subdomain model for armature reaction flied of surface-mounted permanent magnet machines |

Abstract By dividing the armature reaction magnetic field domain of the slotted surface-mounted permanent magnet machine into three types of subdomains, i.e., air-gap including magnet region, slot region and slot opening region, magnetic field governing equations in each subdomain were solved. By applying the boundary and interface conditions acquired by the first-order perturbation method which could account for the effect of rotor eccentricity,the analytical solution of the armature reaction field of each subdomain was derived. An analytical subdomain model of the armature reaction magnetic field in surface-mounted permanent magnet machines taking the influence of rotor eccentricity and slotting effect into consideration was built. The results obtained by finite element method validate that the proposed subdomain model can accurately predict the armature reaction magnetic field in surface-mounted permanent magnet machines with rotor eccentricity(static, dynamic and combined eccentricity) and slotting effect.

表贴式永磁电机电枢反应磁场的子域模型
将表贴式永磁电机的电枢反应磁场划分为气隙子域(包含永磁体区域)、定子槽子域和定子槽开口子域,求解各个子域上的泛定方程得到其通解;施加通过考虑转子偏心的一阶摄动法得到的边界条件和分界面条件,来求得每个子域上电枢反应磁场的解析解.建立可以精确考虑定子槽、定子槽开口和转子偏心影响的表贴式永磁电机电枢反应磁场的解析子域模型,将解析模型的计算结果与采用有限元法得到的计算结果进行对比,结果表明:该解析模型可以精确地预测含有齿槽效应和转子偏心(静偏心、动偏心及两者组合)影响的表贴式永磁电机的电枢反应磁场.
