Purification of rotor center’s orbit based on generalized
morphological filter

Abstract  

A novel approach was proposed based on the generalized morphological filter cascaded by different structure elements in order to purify the rotor center’s orbit of turbine generator unit. The sine structure element was selected to cascade the generalized openclosing and closeopening combined morphological filter based on the shape feature of pending signal. Five different rotor center’s orbits of rotating machinery were simulated with pulse interference and white noises, which added the noise background for these rotor center’s orbits. Then the generalized morphological filter was used to eliminate the interferences. The method was used to purify the practical example. Simulation and practical results show that the generalized morphological filter has better performance compared with the traditional morphological filter.

广义形态滤波器在轴心轨迹提纯中的应用

针对汽轮发电机组轴心轨迹的提纯问题,提出采用不同结构元素级联而成的广义形态滤波器来实现轴心轨迹提纯的新方法.根据待处理信号的形状特点,选用正弦形结构元素构造广义开闭和闭开组合形态滤波器.通过仿真得到5种旋转机械常见故障类型的轴心轨迹图形,并在其中加入周期脉冲和随机噪声,使轴心轨迹图形受到不同程度的噪声干扰,再利用广义组合形态滤波器进行提纯处理.将广义组合形态滤波器用于实测汽轮发电机组转子轴心轨迹的提纯中.仿真计算和实测轴心轨迹的提纯证明,广义组合形态滤波器的效果优于传统组合形态滤波器.
