Optimization of shortterm complex distribution network maintenance scheduling

Abstract  

Comparing with the traditional distribution network maintenance scheduling optimization, a multiobjective bilevel programming model considering the load curve, equipment failure rate and maintenance resource arrangement, as well as power system reliability, was proposed. The upper level programming decides the maintenance scheme, and the lower level aims to recover the load loss with minimum operation times of switch and least line loss increment. Meanwhile, a hybrid intelligent algorithm was presented, which combines particle swarm optimization, search method, and tabu list. Simulation of IEEERBTS bus4 computation sample testified that this model can not only optimize the maintenance schedule and the maintenance resources arrangement economically, but also improves the system and load reliability indices during the maintenance period.

复杂配电网的短期检修计划优化

与传统的配电网检修计划优化相比,考虑了配电网检修计划安排中涉及的负荷变化曲线、设备故障率和检修资源规划等因素,并结合了配电网可靠性评估和检修计划优化,建立起多目标的短期配电网检修计划优化二层规划模型.上层规划决策检修方案,下层规划以期最少开关动作次数和线损增量转移或恢复因检修失电的负荷.针对模型特点,提出融合粒子群算法、搜索法和禁忌表的混合智能优化方法.IEEERBTS bus4算例仿真显示,优化结果不仅能确定设备检修计划和检修资源安排,还给出了检修期间系统和负荷的可靠性指标.
