摘要:

类脑研究是世界各大国间竞争博弈的战略重点,正进一步促成脑科学与计算机等多种学科的交叉融合,带动新一轮的科技革命,以信息手段加速人类对大脑的认知、模拟及融合,有望为人类构建能力强大的“超级大脑”.
