摘要:

针对车辐式索结构设计施工中存在的各专业信息协同不足、手动建模过程繁琐、二维图纸可视化程度较低、施工模拟仿真度较差等问题,结合某体育场屋盖工程,提出基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的张拉过程仿真技术.该技术的核心是设计施工的数据交互,通过结构分析数据提取、构件的参数化建模、二次开发程序接口编制、三维模型程序化建模、各个施工阶段分析等过程,解决了构件参数化设计、张拉过程模拟等问题.利用该技术可以完成节点深化设计,将建筑信息和结构信息整合到同一三维模型中.

Abstract:

A simulation technique in tension process based on building information modeling (BIM) was proposed regarding the problems of the lack of information synergy in design and construction professions, the tedium in the manual modeling process, the low degree of visualization in two-dimensional drawings, the low simulation effect in the construction process in the design and construction process of spoke structures, combined with the roof project of a stadium. The key is the data interaction between design and construction processes, which is by extracting structural data, parametrically modeling members, compiling the interaction program, programmatically modeling three-dimensional entities, analyzing construction processes in order to solve the problems of parameterization design for members and simulation in the construction process. This technique can design joints in detail and integrate architecture and structure information simultaneously in one three-dimensional entity.
