面向产品结构移植变异的拓扑搭接技术

摘要:

为了满足产品设计中零件拓扑结构的快速变异要求,提出产品结构移植变异的设计方法.根据变异设计需要,定义零件基结构、零件变异基结构、移植结构以及搭接面等概念;根据搭接面的类型,将移植结构的拓扑搭接分为平面搭接、圆柱面搭接、规则曲面搭接和自由曲面搭接;提出移植结构拓扑搭接技术:变换搭接、混合搭接和桥接映射搭接技术.开发结构移植产品变异设计原型系统,并进行实例验证,结果表明,该方法可以有效地解决产品设计中零件结构的修改问题,实现对已有零件和结构的重用.

Abstract:

To meet the requirement of the quick variation of part topology structure in product design, a variant design method of structure transplantation was proposed, which is a breakthrough from parameter variance to topology variance. Part basic structure, part variant basic structure , transplant structure and faying surface were defined for the design. Based on the type of faying surface, topology faying were classified into four basic types: plane topology faying, cylinder topology faying, regular surface topology faying and free-form surface topology faying. The faying methods were proposed for these topology faying, namely the methods of translation faying, blend faying and bridge mapping faying. Furthermore, a prototyping system was developed and the methods were testified by practical examples,the results show that the structural modification can be solved efficiently with the method, and the reusing of existing parts and structures is realized.
