基于CA非均质性邻接关系的城市扩张模拟

摘要:

针对传统元胞自动机(CA)均质性邻接关系的假设条件,提出非均质性CA模型(HA-CA),通过引入基准地价等要素将邻域元胞的空间异质性融入模型.研究采用Python脚本语言分别构建了传统CA与HA-CA模拟算法,实例研究显示:基准地价的引入使得模拟精度等到提升,且HA-CA模拟的城市用地扩张更趋近于中心城区周边分布,布局更加符合城市的发展方向,而仅考虑数量而不考虑城镇建设用地质量差异的传统CA模型,在面临多等级城市扩张模拟时会面临"失效"的可能.此外,不同建设用地类型转换机制上的差异是CA模拟结果与实际情形存在出入的重要原因,基于基准地价的HA-CA更适用于模拟住宅和商业用地扩张.

Abstract:

A heterogeneous adjacency cellular automata (HA-CA) model was proposed by using datum land price as spatial heterogeneity parameter in order to improve the homogeneous adjacency assumption of traditional CA models in urban expansion simulation. Python programming language was employed to establish the simulation models. The simulation accuracy of HA-CA was improved. Heterogeneity factor obviously lead to a trend of concentrating distribution of urban land. Traditional CA model may be inefficient for simulating polycentric urban expansion because the quality of neighbor cells is ignored. The divergences between the simulated results and actual situations are mainly because of different transition rules of different construction land types, and CA model based on datum land price data is more applicable for the simulation of market-driven land expansion.
