摘要:

为了研究残余应力对球墨铸铁容器承压性能及极限载荷的影响,提出基于数值模拟的塑性分析方法.模拟铸造工艺,获得铸件残余应力的分布规律,选取不同水平的残余应力场,依次作用于球墨铸铁有限元塑性分析模型,分析残余应力对容器极限载荷的影响.对一组型号相同但热处理工艺不同的球墨铸铁压力容器进行承压试验.比较数值模拟结果与试验结果,验证了有限元塑性分析模型的准确性.结果表明,铸造残余应力在一定程度上削弱了球墨铸铁的承压性能,降低了容器的极限载荷,但影响程度十分有限;验证了ASME Ⅷ-1规范不强制球墨铸铁容器进行去应力退火热处理的合理性.

Abstract:

A plastic analysis method based on numerical simulation was proposed in order to explore the influence of residual stress on pressure-bearing capability and plastic collapse load of ductile cast iron vessels. Different levels of residual stress field getting from simulating cast technique were selected to successively apply on plastic finite element analysis model of ductile cast iron. The effect of residual stress on plastic collapse load of vessels was analyzed. Pressure-bearing experiments on a group of ductile cast iron vessels with same type structure but different heat treatment processes were conducted. The accuracy of the plastic finite element analysis model was verified by comparing the numerical results and the experimental results. Residual stress of castings had a negative effect on pressure-bearing capability and plastic collapse load of ductile cast iron vessels, while the extent of that was quite little. The rationality of ASME Ⅷ-1 about non-compulsory stress relief annealing on ductile cast iron vessels was verified.
