摘要:

针对某柴油机凸轮轴与滑动轴承接触段径向力及振动较大等问题,综合考虑轴承支承刚度、轴段摩擦状况、转速波动及缸内爆发压力的影响.建立某柴油机凸轮轴动力学模型,进行仿真分析计算(CAE)与凸轮型线优化设计,并以优化前后2种结构方案,展开在轴承径向力、凸轮轴承段径向速度及阶次振动等方面的研究.结果表明,非对称凸轮型线可以有效地减小轴承段径向振动速度,削弱轴承径向力及其在05及2阶次的振动,该方法为凸轮轴概念设计及优化提供一定的指导.同时基于凸轮轴原结构模型,研究机油动力黏度及轴承配合相对间隙对凸轮轴径向动态特性的影响,并提出相应的优化思路.

Abstract:

For a large radial vibration and contact force between camshaft and sliding bear in a diesel engine,a camshaft dynamic model was built with consideration of bearing stiffness,friction,velocity fluctuation and cylinder explosion pressure,and corresponding analysis of simulation analysis(CAE) and cam profile optimization were done. Then comparative analysis among bearing radial force,camshaft section vibration velocity and order vibration was finished between two models. Results show that dissymmetric cam profile reduces bearing radial vibration velocity,radial force and vibration effect in 05 and 2 order, providing some guidance for camshaft conceptual design and optimization. And on the basis of camshaft original model, the effect on camshaft radial characteristics from oil kinetic viscosity and bearing relative clearance were researched.
