摘要:

为了有效地预测功率变流器所产生的共模干扰,以Boost变流器为研究对象,分析功率变流器在不同工作模态下共模干扰的产生与耦合机理,建立共模干扰耦合通路模型.该模型对共模通路进行有效的划分,分别提取其集中参数模型,从而得以更完整地描述共模干扰的内部耦合机理.利用提出的共模通路模型,无需复杂的计算便可在整个传导频率范围(150 kHz~30 MHz)内对Boost变流器所产生的共模干扰进行准确的预测.通过接收机实测频谱与预测结果的对比验证了该预测模型的准确性.

Abstract:

Boost converter was studied in order to predict the common mode (CM) noise in power converters. The CM noise coupling path model of Boost converter was proposed after investigation into the CM noise generation and coupling mechanism in different working stages in Boost converter. In this model, the CM noise coupling path was divided into several parts, which were described by lumped circuit model separately. Then the CM noise coupling feature of the converter can be revealed in depth. With the proposed CM noise predicting model, the CM noise in Boost converter can be precisely predicted in the whole conduction range (150 kHz ~ 30 MHz). CM noise spectrum was calculated and analyzed based on the proposed model, which was validated by the experimental results.
