大孔树脂对玉米蛋白粉中叶黄素的分离纯化

通过比较H103、D4006、D4020、D14、S8、X5、AB8、HZ801、HZ816、DK110共10种树脂对玉米蛋白粉粗提液中叶黄素的静态吸附和解吸特征,发现 HZ816树脂对叶黄素组分不仅具有463.5 μg/g的高吸附量,而且解吸率达50%.采用Freundlich和Langmuir方程拟合20~40 ℃玉米蛋白粉中叶黄素的吸附等温线,结果表明:HZ816树脂对叶黄素的静态吸附符合Freundlich等温式.选择HZ816树脂用于玉米蛋白粉中叶黄素的固定床分离过程,在上样质量浓度79 μg/mL、上样速度1.1 BV/h、柱床层高度48 cm、乙醇洗脱的工艺条件下,得到叶黄素纯度为5.4%、收率达92.9%的产品.

Abstract:

To purify xanthophylls from corn gluten meal by resins. The static adsorption and desorption performances were investigated among H103, D4006, D4020, D14, S8, X5, AB8, HZ801, HZ816 and DK110 resins. The experimental results indicate that HZ816 resin is the desired adsorbent resin with the highest adsorption rate (4635 μg/g) and desorption capacity(50%).Freundlich and Langmuir equations were used to model the adsorption isotherms at equilibrium in the range of  20-40 ℃.The result shows that the Freundlich model fits the experimental data very adequately.The optimum conditions for the dynamic adsorption and desorption are as follows: concentration of sample solution 79 μg/mL, flow rate 1.1 BV/h, column height 48 cm, ethanol as the eluent. With these parameters, the purity of xanthophylls is increased to 5.4% with a recovery of 92.9%.
