摘要:

为了应对全球化和数字化协同设计对产品设计信息的一致性和规范性的需求,结合事物特性表建模相关理论,提出基于分类的事物特性重用方案.该方案以面向对象的思想为指导,依据事物特性描述的值域特点,进行分类并建立事物特性类模型及其类层次结构.通过该分类,实现事物特性与其事物对象层次结构的解耦.基于该分类,结合事物特性表建模要求,对事物特性的重用方案及机理进行阐述.并面向企业应用实践,开发了支持事物特性重用的系统平台.实践结果表明,该技术可以有效帮助企业减少事物特性规模,提高信息模型的一致性和规范性.

Abstract:

For facing the requirements of consistent and normative product information in today's collaborative digital and global design, an article characteristic reuse approach was proposed based on classification, together with its tabular layout modeling technology. With the oriented-object thinking, the classification was carried out based on the value domain of the article characteristic, and class model was built with its hierarchy. By using this classification, the characteristics were decoupled with articles. And based on this classification and the requirements form from tabular layout modeling, the characteristic reuse mechanism was proposed, and the software platform was also developed for enterprise information application. It had been proved that this technology can help reduce the scale of article characteristic, and improve information model consistency and normative in enterprise information practice.
