摘要:

通过不同空间尺度下的城市规划与城市能耗的相关性分析,认为与街区尺度相对应的中观层面的城市设计是城市节能设计的重要尺度和内容.以重庆江北中心商务区(CBD)为例,运用步行城市理论,从城市空间布局、交通系统组织、清洁能源输入等方面,研究了具体的城市节能设计方法.在Rs和GIS技术支持下,以Landsat5 TM影像数据为基础进行模拟分析,结果显示提出的设计方法对抑制城市热岛效应、降低城市能耗具有显著的作用.

Abstract:

The relativity analysis of urban planning and energy consumption under different spatial scales showed that the middle-scale urban design which corresponding to the block space is the important content and scale of the urban energy saving design. Taking Chongqing Jiangbei center business district (CBD) as a case, the urban design methods through optimizing urban space shape, advancing energy saving traffic development, promoting clean energy input were investigated based on the pedestal-city theory. With Landsat5 TM images, simulation and analysis were done by using Rs and GIS. The results prove that the proposed designing methods have distinct effects on reducing the urban heat island and the urban energy consumption.
