基于图像的编织产品三维图案结构映射

摘要:

由于结构的复杂性以及设计与制作环节的不可分性,作为传统手工艺产品的编织产品在设计技术上的发展明显滞后于一般工业产品。分析了编织产品组织结构的数学特征与造型规律,在织物结构设计的三维单元体技术基础上,增加了形态变量控制与整体图案的映射控制,利用二次映射技术基于Nurbs曲面自动生成细节丰富的编织产品组织结构,进一步利用图像映射技术将平面图像自动映射为三维编织产品表面的图案结构。将编织产品的设计工作简化为一般的曲面形态概念设计,利用技术手段完成复杂编织结构细节的自动化建模,有效地分离了编织产品的设计与制作过程,扩展了创新的空间,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:

Due to the structure complexity and the impartibility of design and manufacture work, woven products as traditional craft products lay behind in design techniques. This work studied the woven product’s structural features and modeling rules. Based on the 3D unit of fabric structure design method, with additional shape and pattern control variables, a double mapping method was realized to generate profound details on Nurbs surface, by which 3D images could be easily converted to product surface as 3D pattern structures. This work simplifies the design of woven products as surface conceptual design, and fulfills the complex structure modeling work in automatic way. This technique separates the design and manufacture work of woven products, which can expand the innovation space and help  promote the productivity.
