Abstract  

A CCD shooting system was applied to take the slagging images in a one-dimensional test furnace in order to analyze the problem of coal slagging. The thickness of the slag on the deposition probe was extracted through the image processing method, and the temperature distribution of the slag was obtained by the two-color method. Results show that the slagging growth process can be divided into different stages. Heat flux of the deposition probe is significantly different in different stages. The change of the slag thickness is a process that is from a rapid growth state to a steady state with small fluctuation. The temperature of slag surface which decreases from the outside to inside and shows a strong hierarchy can be seen by analyzing the slag’s temperature distribution in different time.

基于图像处理的灰渣温度场及生长特性

为了研究煤结渣问题,通过在一维炉试验台上采用定制的CCD摄像系统完成结渣试验,获取煤结渣过程的图像信息.对获取的图像进行图像处理得到灰渣厚度信息,应用双色法提取结渣棒上灰渣的温度场信息.通过对所有信息进行处理和分析可知,试验中灰渣的生长过程可以明显分为不同阶段,不同阶段灰渣的生长对结渣棒热流密度的影响差异很大;灰渣厚度参数的变化是一个从快速增长直至某一稳态附近小幅波动的过程;不同时刻的灰渣表面温度场表现出灰渣温度由外向内逐渐降低的趋势,呈现出较强的层次性.
