Wind tunnel experimental study on evaluation criterion
of wind environment based on decision fusion

Abstract  

In order to determine the criterion for the threshold exceedance method, which is for wind environment evaluation, the corresponding wind tunnel experiments were conducted. Decision fusion methodology was employed to process the results of wind tunnel experiment. Whereby, a reliable criterion was obtained. Taking the effects of a gusty wind on human into account, the peak factor for the equivalent wind was given, and a value of 1.7 was suggested. The experimental results indicat that a good wind environment means: the occurrence probability of the winds whose speed exceed 3.2 m/s is less than 6% in case that one is “Sitting”; the occurrence probability of the winds whose speed exceed 4.3 m/s is less than 6% in case that one is “Standing”; the occurrence probability of the winds whose speed exceed 5.9 m/s is less than 5% in case that one is “Walking”. The comparison of the presented criterion and the other international criteria shows that the presented criteion is more restrictive.

基于决策融合的风环境评价标准风洞试验研究

为确定超越概率阈值风环境评价方法中的风速阈值,进行了相应的风洞试验,试验结果采用决策融合方法进行处理,从而获得了具有较高可靠性的风速阈值.考虑湍流风对舒适度的影响,给出等效风速理论中的峰值因子建议值为1.7.试验结果表明好的风环境意味着:人在‘坐’时,速度超过3.2 m/s的风出现概率少于6%;人在‘站立’时,速度超过4.3 m/s的风出现概率少于6%;对于人在‘行走’时,速度超过5.9 m/s的风出现概率少于5%.与国际现有风环境评价标准的比较表明该标准更为严格.
