Project planning method for engineering-to-order product mass customization |

Abstract A rapid project planning method based on project main plan was proposed, according to the feature of engineering to order (ETO) product mass customization. Project main plan was established based on the product main structure. The process of project plan instantiation was researched, and the project plan knowledge base was described. The project plan of ETO product mass customization could be built rapidly through project plan instantiation, so the project plan was efficiently implemented. An engine product example was given to verify the feasibility of the principle. The engine project’s main plan was built up in a specific application system, and the project plan instantiation of engine product was realized. Accordingly, the project plan of the engine can be carried out efficiently.

面向ETO产品大批量定制的项目规划方法研究
针对按订单设计(ETO)产品大批量定制的特点,提出基于项目主规划的快速项目规划方法.在ETO产品主结构的基础上构建了项目主规划,对基于项目主规划的项目规划派生流程进行了研究,对项目规划派生过程中用到的项目规划规则库进行描述;基于规则的项目规划派生能够快速生成ETO产品大批量定制的项目规划,提高项目规划效率.以柴油机产品为例进行了应用验证,在一个具体的应用系统中建立柴油机的项目主规划,实现柴油机大批量定制项目规划的派生,从而提高柴油机大批量定制项目规划效率,缩短项目规划时间.
